What we collect

When you place an order or submit a request we collect the details you give us: name, email address, phone number, fraternity and chapter, shipping and billing addresses, and the content of your message. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

• To quote, produce, ship and support your order.
• To respond to custom-order and contact requests.
• To send order confirmations and service emails.
• To improve the site using aggregated, non-identifying analytics.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (payment processing, email delivery, shipping carriers and our hosting provider), and only as needed to provide those services.

Cookies and storage

The site stores your shopping cart in your browser's local storage so it is there when you come back. We may use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the site is used.
