Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. In-stock shop items typically leave our facility within 3 to 5 business days. Custom and chapter orders ship according to the timeline on your approved quote, usually 2-3 weeks from proof approval.

Chapter orders can be delivered to the house or to a single coordinator, sorted by size with a packing list. You receive tracking by email as soon as the order ships.

Returns and exchanges

Decorated apparel is made to order, so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing on custom pieces. Please check the size guide and your proof carefully before approving.

If anything arrives damaged, defective or different from the approved proof, email fratbasics@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace the affected items or refund them, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until the proof is approved. After approval, materials are purchased and production begins, so cancellations may be subject to the cost of work completed.
